At Indeflate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted for unused and unopened items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be in original condition and original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

• Used or opened products
• Customised or personalised items

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away at info@indeflate.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email info@indeflate.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue or reason for return 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
